At Delta Shower Doors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury enclosure isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items in original, uninstalled condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the shower door components in their original heavy-duty packaging, ensuring all hardware and installation guides are included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Affix the provided shipping label and schedule a freight pickup or drop off the package at an authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the unit for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
