How do I determine the correct size for my shower opening?
Measure the width of your shower opening at the top, middle, and bottom. Use the largest width for sliding doors and the smallest for pivot doors. Always ensure your walls are level and finished before taking final measurements.
What is the difference between tempered and laminated glass?
Delta Shower Doors primarily use high-quality tempered safety glass. If broken, tempered glass crumbles into small, blunt pieces rather than sharp shards, significantly reducing the risk of injury.
How should I clean and maintain my shower door?
We recommend using a soft cloth or squeegee after every use to prevent water spots. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap or a 50/50 water and vinegar solution. Avoid abrasive cleaners that can scratch the glass or damage the hardware finish.
What is your shipping policy for oversized glass items?
Shower doors are shipped via specialized LTL freight carriers to ensure safety. Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days. Please inspect the crate for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
Can I install the shower door myself, or do I need a professional?
While many of our doors are DIY-friendly and include detailed instructions, some heavy glass models require two people for safe handling. If you are not comfortable with drilling into tile or leveling heavy glass, we recommend hiring a professional installer.
What is your return policy for shower door kits?
Unopened and uninstalled products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that because of the weight and fragility of glass, return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.
